When purchasing, there's a $1.00 + 5% eDelivery fee. For card usage, a $3.00 fee will be deducted monthly starting on the 1st day after 12 consecutive months without card usage. The card never expires.

Where can I check my Think Watts balance?

Simply enter your 16-digit card number above and click 'Check Balance'. You can find your card number on the front of your Think Watts or in the email you received or on your printed card.

Can I use the same Think Watts at multiple locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes! As long as there is a remaining balance, the card may be used at any participating Think Watts location. Your card works across all participating businesses until the balance is depleted.

Will my Think Watts work anywhere?

The card can only be used at participating Think Watts businesses. It cannot be used with third-party delivery services like Grubhub or DoorDash. Visit our business directory to see all participating locations - new businesses are being added regularly!

What do I do if my Think Watts is declined?

Accepted Answer

Your card may be declined if: (1) you entered incorrect card information, (2) you have insufficient balance, (3) you're trying to use it at a non-participating business, or (4) you're attempting to use it with a third-party delivery service. Please verify your card details and ensure you're shopping at a participating Think Watts location.

Will my payment automatically deduct from the card if I don't have enough to cover my entire balance?

No. If your purchase exceeds your card balance, you'll need to split the payment. The business will first charge your Think Watts for the available balance, then you'll pay the remaining amount with another payment method (credit card, cash, etc.).

How is the digital Think Watts redeemed?

Save your Think Watts to your Apple- or Google-Wallet and simply tap-to-pay. You can also use the Yiftee app (available at the Apple App Store) to store your Yiftee cards and access current card balances. If you do not use Apple- or Google-Pay, merchants can redeem your card by manually entering your 16-digit card code into their POS or terminal system, just like entering a credit card number. The card CANNOT be swiped - it must be keyed in manually. Show your card code (from email or printout) to the cashier at checkout.

Are physical cards an option?

No, there are no plastic cards available. Your Think Watts is digital-only and delivered via email. You can print it on paper if you prefer to have a physical copy to present at checkout.

Can refunds be provided to my Think Watts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Just as refunds would be applied to your credit card, they can also be applied back to your Think Watts, increasing your available balance.

What if I lose my card or it gets stolen?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Treat your Think Watts code like cash and keep it secure. We recommend saving the email/text with your card code in a safe place.
